This notice describes the Proctix marketing website. It does not describe data processing within an exam proctoring service.

Your enquiry

The demo enquiry form prepares an email using the information you enter: your name, work email, organisation, assessment type, estimated exam volume, and message. The form runs in your browser. It does not upload these fields or send an email automatically. You choose whether to send the prepared enquiry through your email provider.

If you send an email, the DynamX team receives the information you include so it can respond to your enquiry. Avoid including identity documents, exam recordings, candidate records, or other sensitive information in a website enquiry.

Website services

This website uses Google Fonts to display its typefaces. Loading these fonts makes a request to Google that can include technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Your browser and the hosting service may also process technical request information to deliver the website.

Cookies and device access

We have not added advertising cookies, analytics tracking, or browser storage to the website code. Hosting, authentication, or network services may use their own technical mechanisms. The product walkthrough uses illustrative content and does not access your camera, microphone, screen, or exam information.

Proctoring data

Any future proctoring arrangement requires its own agreed data-handling terms, candidate notices, retention settings, access rules, and institutional policies. The marketing walkthrough is not a live proctoring service.
